Binghamton Executive MBA Program Structure
The Binghamton Executive MBA program begins in the fall and is completed over the course of 20 months. Classes are held most Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with one weekend off per month (and several breaks during the summer). There are two fall semesters, two spring semesters and a summer semester.
Semesters are comprised of between two and four classes and count for between six and 14 credits. Courses include Statistical Analysis for Managers, Management Information Systems, and a Capstone Consulting project.
In spring semester of students’ second year, the program travels abroad to give students the opportunity to immerse themselves in the business and cultural worlds of an international setting. The location of the trip varies year-to-year.
Participants in the Binghamton Executive MBA must have a minimum of five years of professional experience, although most will have significantly more.
The school of management has a dedicated career office offering resources such as mentoring/networking seminars, résumé and cover letter development, and mock interview services.
Tuition and Financial Aid
Tuition for the Binghamton Executive MBA program for the Class of 2016 totals $41,850. Financial Aid is available through Binghamton University’s Financial Aid Services.
Candidates must apply online. Applicants must submit: undergraduate transcript(s), two letters of recommendation, a current resume, GMAT scores, and a short essay “how you will benefit from the program, and how you will be able to contribute (both professionally and academically) to the cohort’s learning and to the program as a whole.”
The Binghamton Executive MBA program has a rolling deadline and prioritizes early applicants.
