Program Requirements:

MBA@Syracuse requires the completion of 54 credit hours. Students should expect to take a minimum of two courses each term to complete the online MBA program in as little as two years.

Master of Science in Professional Accounting

Earn your M.S. in Accounting online from Syracuse in as little as 12 months. This specialized accountin gmaster’s program prepares students from a wide range of backgrounds with the educational requirements they need to sit for the CPA exam in New York and many other states.

Program Requirements:

The Master of Science in Professional Accounting (MSA) program at the Martin J. Whitman School of Management produces graduates with the tools to lead accounting, audit, and tax processes at a range of functional career levels.

Accounting@Syracuse is a 30-credit program designed for experienced professionals with a strong educational foundation in the accounting field. Students graduate with the educational requirements needed to take the CPA exam in New York and many other states.

Application Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required to apply. GMAT waivers are available.


Master of Science in Business Analytics

This specialized master’s in business analytics helps data-driven thinkers develop or sharpen their abilities to interpret complex data and guide their organizations in making more informed and actionable decisions.

Program Requirements:

The Master of Science in Business Analytics program at the Martin J. Whitman School of Management produces graduates with informed decision-making skills and the ability to use analytic tools to drive positive outcomes for businesses. BusinessAnalytics@Syracuse requires the completion of 36 credit hours. Students typically complete two courses per 12-week term while maintaining full-time employment. Students have the opportunity to choose electives based on their unique professional goals and academic pursuits. The program culminates in a comprehensive exam during the student’s final semester.

Application Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and one year of full-time professional work experience required to apply. GMAT waivers available for experienced professionals.


Master of Science in Entrepreneurship

This specialized master’s in Entrepreneurship prepares current and aspiring entrepreneurs with the business foundation and networking opportunities to start a new venture, effectively manage a company or innovate within an organization.

Program Requirements:

Blending face-to-face online classes, self-paced interactive coursework, entrepreneurship resources for students and invaluable networking opportunities, Entrepreneurship@Syracuse enables students to learn critical skills without putting their entrepreneurial plans on hold. Most students can complete the online program in as few as 15 months.

Application Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree is required for admission to the program. Applicants with more than five years of professional work experience are eligible for a GMAT waiver when applying to Entrepreneurship@Syracuse.


Application Deadlines

MBA@Syracuse, BusinessAnalytics@Syracuse, and Accounting@Syracuse offer program start dates four times per year, typically in January, April, July, and October. Entrepreneurship@Syracuse offers start dates twice per year in April and October.
