The curriculum emphasizes mastery of management fundamentals in year one, prior to the selection of electives that provide breadth and depth in key industry and functional areas.

The Carnegie Mellon Part-Time Flex MBA Class of 2024  features 34 students, 24 percent of which are female. The average student in the program scored 691 on the GMAT, had a 3.55 undergraduate GPA, and enrolled with 7.1 years of prior professional work experience.

Admissions

The following must be included in the Carnegie Mellon Part-Time Flex MBA application:

• One required essay
• One professional recommendation
• Unofficial transcripts of all academic work
• Official GMAT score (preferred) or GRE (accepted)
• Official TOEFL or IELTS score (if applicable)
• $200 application fee
