History

The University of Dubuque is a private, coed university founded in 1852.  At Dubuque, the value of an education is measured in helping students find their calling in life through academics, community, character, vocation, and stewardship. Dubuque is located in Dubuque, Iowa on a 77-acre campus.  The city lies at the junction of Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin, a region locally known as the Tri-State Area.

Smith Hall is the home of the business programs at the University of Dubuque.  Online students have access to online learning management resources and digital library resources.

Student Body

At the graduate level, the University of Dubuque provides a fully online MBA program and an on-campus Master in Management (with four different concentrations).
