Mind the GAP: Anderson’s Global Access Program

Each year, UCLA Anderson School of Management sends teams of talented professionals all across the globe to work with select companies. In their final-year as MBAs in training, these students invest thousands of hours in researching new growth opportunities that will take their Global Access Program company to new heights.

The Anderson Global Access Program (GAP) is a unique opportunity for students and corporations alike. This six-month program pairs teams of final-year FEMBA students with international companies, allowing them to work closely with top management in identifying strengths, analyzing weaknesses, and pinpointing opportunities. These teams develop an investment-quality business plan to move their GAP company to its next level of growth.
