San Francisco State University’s College of Business honored 54 top students at the annual Beta Gamma Sigma, Mu Chapter, induction ceremony held May 23, 2014.
During the ceremony, 13 MBA students and two Executive MBA students were sworn in to the Beta Gamma Sigma, Mu chapter, and presented with the Beta Gamma Sigma honor cord and membership certificate by Dean Linda Oubré, Associate Dean Kathleen O’Donnell and other department faculty members.
The MBA students honored were, Mark Austreich, Pamela Calvert, Kimberly Camozzi, Ruchi Chopra, Pooja Gupta, Minji Kim, Amandira Mochtar, Kim Hong Ng, Okasan Protsukha, Steve Smart, Emily Waenink, Madeline Wolff and Jenny Yang. The two Executive MBA students honored were Kristine Grajo and William Peter.
Lifetime membership is the highest recognition a business student anywhere in the world can acheive. Recipients must receive a baccalaureate, post-baccalaureate or doctoral degree from an AACSB International, which is The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, accredited school. Beta Gamma Sigma gives members benefits at each stage of their career; in college, looking for that first job, promotions along the way and upper management.
