Rutgers Now Accepting Exec Ed Program Apps

Rutgers School of Business, Camden is accepting registration for its executive education program, Small Business Success Professional Certificate. The program will be held February 19, 2015 to April 9, 2015. The cost of the program is $1,950.

The Small Business Success program is a new and innovative approach to assisting small business owners to realize their dreams of building a successful and profitable business. This is an eight-week certificate program that has been developed to provide the tools, concepts and strategies to create a successful business.

The focus of the curriculum, the level of the course content, the live webinar instructions, reading assignments, case studies and classroom discussions have been focused on existing small business owners and key management.

This program is also beneficial to virtually anyone in a managerial role at any level within an organization. It is also an excellent resource for entrepreneurs considering their first venture. The goal over an eight-week period is to assist participants as they build on the strengths of each company, understand and improve on their weaknesses while developing a plan to achieve success.

Participants will evaluate their own capabilities as an owner, manager and decision maker. Rutgers School of Business’s goal is to transition program participants from not just an effective manager but also an effective leader. This program is geared towards existing small business owners, looking to revitalize, expand or increase profitability of their business.

The Small Business Success program concentrates on the basics of what makes a business stable through operations and financial control. The program will challenge participants to evaluate core practices in business development, marketing strategies, personnel, operations, product/service offerings and customer service.
