Fox School of Business Wins No. 1 Ranking for Online MBA

Fox School Alter Hall

Temple University’s Fox School of Business’ online MBA program has earned a number one rating for the second year in a row by U.S. News and World Report.

The program earned a perfect score of 100 and is currently the only school to hold that honor. Last year the Fox online MBA was tied with Indiana University and the University of North Carolina.

Additionally, the Fox Online Bachelor of Business Administration program jumped ahead 25 spots to reach number 6, which is the highest rating in the program’s history. U.S. News employs a methodology for the ratings that uses the categories of student engagement; peer reputation; faculty credentials and training; and student services and technology.

Students who enroll in the Fox online MBA program begin with a week long stay at Temple’s Main Campus in North Philadelphia. The residency includes networking events, leadership exercises, team building, and instruction in professional development. Students then attend online courses, one at a time, over a period of four weeks.

Fox School Dean M. Moshe Porat said, “The Fox online MBA and BBA programs connect cutting-edge technology and accredited, high-impact curriculum with an internationally recognized faculty to foster a dynamic learning community… These recognitions speak to the work of our Online and Digital Learning team, which delivers the best advancements in technology to a quality, online-format education.”

One unique aspect of Fox’s online MBA and BBA programs is the access that students are allowed to the ‘Video Vault’ which is comprised of over 1,800 academic videos that are offered in high-definition and mobile friendly formats. “These U.S. News & World Report rankings would not have been possible without Fox’s commitment to providing exceptional online education in a dynamic and flexible learning environment,” said Darin Kapanjie, academic director of the online MBA and BBA programs.
