UTA EMBA Ranked

The Executive MBA program at the University of Texas at Arlington – College of Business was recently ranked among the top programs in the world by CEO Magazine.

Since 2008, CEO Magazine has been compiling a ranking for business schools around the globe, highlighting schools which provide an excellent return-on-investment for graduates as well as top academic quality. Its ranking of MBA, Executive MBA and Online MBA programs around the world began in 2012.

The CEO Magazine ranking is designed with applicants in mind first, looking at factors such as diversity, gender make-up, work experience, professional development and learning environment to evaluate each MBA program. This is the second year in a row the programs at UTA have appeared in the publication’s global ranking. The Executive MBA program placed 21st throughout the world, 16th in the U.S. and 1st in Texas.

Dave Mack, Associate Dean of Communications and Executive Education at UTA, commented on the accomplishment as a result of many different pieces working together. “We are extremely honored to achieve this recognition. We are very proud of our EMBA program and even more so of our outstanding graduates. I would like to thank the great faculty and staff that have helped to make this happen. Developing a successful program, such as ours, is definitely a team effort.”

“It is nice that our students, faculty and staff are recognized for their hard work,” said Director of Graduate Business Services Rebecca Neilson. “It takes all of us together to create the kind of educational environment that enhances student’s learning. This leads to successful and effective business leaders for our communities.”
