LMU Holds MBA & EMBA Information Session

Loyola Marymount University College of Business Administration will be hosting an information session for its MBA and Executive MBA programs. The event will be held Jan. 28 at the Los Angeles Athletic Club in downtown LA. The information session will begin at 7 p.m. Free parking is available for attendants.

During the event, prospective students will have the opportunity to learn more about both of the MBA programs offered at LMU. Attendants will also be able to meet faculty, staff and alumni of both the MBA and Executive MBA programs. The College of Business Administration is AACSB accredited and offers students small class sizes and global education options.

The MBA program at LMU is offered in either a full-time or part-time format. Classes for the MBA are offered in the late afternoons and evenings to accommodate the schedule of working professionals. The program can be completed in as little as 24 months. The program is taught in a cohort structure. Students in the MBA program complete core courses in order to build a solid business management foundation.

Students also pick an area of emphasis to complete. Students must complete at least four courses in a chosen area. In addition to these emphasis courses, students can complete electives to tailor their education around their career goals and interests.

The Leadership EMBA program is designed for mid-career executives and can be completed in 20 months. Classes for the program meet on Saturdays. The program is also taught in a cohort structure and focuses on analysis and evaluation and strategic application and execution. The program is comprised of four modules plus one immersive summer session on innovation and entrepreneurship.

Registration for the information session can be completed online. The event is free to attend and is open to all prospective MBA or Executive MBA students.
