ALUMNI SPOTLIGHT: Sellinger MBAs Form G Squared Consulting Company

Garrick Grube, Loyola MBA Fellow, established G Squared Strategic Consulting to help local small-to-medium-sized businesses thrive. Along with fellow graduate Will Childers, the two former Selling School of Business students started gauging areas of opportunity, and non-profit fundraising proved to be a prime candidate.

Today, G Squared is becoming a leading strategic business consultant in the Baltimore Metro area focused on providing comprehensive and high quality strategic business planning based on the goals, wants, and needs of our customers.

According to G Squared, strategic planning is the process of setting up long term goals and objectives for your organization. The goal of a strategic plan is to help you stay focused on where you and your organization want to be 3-5 years down the road. Once this plan is created, you should be able to come up with action items which will act as stepping stones to achieving the organization’s strategic objectives.
