Sloan Launches On The Road Program

The MIT Sloan School of Management admissions team has launched the summer tour. Prospective students are invited to meet alumni and admissions representatives at MIT Sloan on the Road events.

MIT Sloan admissions staff are traveling the world this summer to host a series of information sessions for people interested in attending the school. The annual events, known as MIT Sloan on the Road, also offer prospective students a chance to meet MIT Sloan alumni from their region.

More than 35 MIT Sloan on the Road dates are currently scheduled, with stops in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. The tour started July 3, 2014 with events in Madrid and Bogota and continues throughout the fall.

“Attending one of our recruiting events is a chance for people to learn about what it’s like to attend MIT Sloan and to ask questions directly of alumni and admission staff,” said Dawna Levenson, director of admissions. “For us, it is an opportunity to meet some amazing people and share with them what makes MIT Sloan a special place.”

The MIT Sloan on The Road tour will make stops in Greece, Thailand, Argentina, Hong Kong, Turkey, Paris, London, as well as several other countries. The tour will stop in the United States in Cambridge, Chicago, Dallas, Washington, D.C., San Francisco, and Philadelphia as well as other major cities in the country.

There are 36 different stops scheduled for the program. Event dates are posted online at the MIT Sloan Admissions Events Page. A full list of other Sloan admissions events is also available on the website.
