CEO Magazine Ranks

A recent ranking of from CEO Magazine has named the part-time MBA and Executive MBA at the Georgia State University – J. Mack Robinson College of Business among the top programs in the U.S.

The new CEO Magazine ranks placed both Robinson degrees in the “Tier One” programs; the Executive MBA, which was given numeric rankings, taking the 22nd slot worldwide and was 17th among programs in the U.S.

CEO Magazine is a United Kingdom based publication, which considers only fact-based evaluations when determining their rankings. A large portion of their evaluation process (35 percent) is based on the quality of a program’s faculty, but several additional features are also considered. Among them are: faculty-to-student ratio, international exposure, work experience, international diversity, class size, professional development and more.

“Metric by metric, our programs stack up among the very best,” commented Robinson dean Richard D. Phillips. “It’s gratifying to see that reflected in these CEO Magazine rankings.”

Those interested in the part-time MBA have the option between two formats: the Professional MBA or Flexible MBA. The Professional MBA is delivered in a cohort structure over the course of 24-months and is designed for those who have already accrued four to seven years of professional experience. Conversely, the Flexible MBA is intended for those individuals at the start of their career, and can range from two-to-five years.

The Robinson EMBA is meant specifically for working professionals, intended to help them expand their business experience and knowledge to increase career opportunities, develop leadership, and expand business networks.
