The first round of application deadlines for Wharton San Francisco’s executive MBA program is Dec. 2, 2014. Those who apply for the first round will receive a decision by Jan. 16, 2015. The deadline for round two of applications is Feb. 10, 2015. Those who apply by this deadline will receive a decision by March 31, 2015. The 2015 program will begin May 17, 2015.
Classes for the EMBA program are held every other Friday and Saturday over the course of two years. This intense program schedule allows students to integrate their real-world experiences into the classroom and in their interaction with other students.
In order to complete an application to the EMBA program at Wharton San Francisco, prospective students must complete an online application form. The application form includes contact information, biographical information, academic degrees earned, professional experience and optional family information. Applicants must also provide two recommendations from professional supervisors. Optimal sources for recommendations are direct managers, who can give insight to the Admissions Committee on you as an employee.
Applicants must also provide answers to three essay questions. All applicants must submit individual results of the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) by the application deadline. Wharton does not accept GRE scores unless applicants have already earned a prior master’s degree that accepted GRE test results. GRE results must be less than five years old at the time of your application to Wharton.
An admissions interview is required for all Fellows candidates and is strongly encouraged for all other applicants. Interviews must be completed by March 1, 2015. A non-refundable application fee of $180 must accompany your application.
