The U.S. News & World Report recently released its 2016 Best Online Graduate Business Programs rankings. The Supply Chain Management program at the University of San Diego School of Business once again ranked 9th in the nation. The same program ranked 9th in the nation in 2015 as well.

The ranking looked at the best online master’s in business degree programs, based on factors such as level of accreditation, reputation for excellence among peer institutions, and academic and career services offered to students. USD received a 100/100 in student engagement (33% of the total score) and 82/100 in faculty credentials and training (13.5% of the total score).

In a press release by USD, Jaime Alonso Gómez, the School of Business dean, spoke about the ranking. “We are proud to receive this recognition for our high-quality supply chain management program,” he said. “Our ranking in the top ten for the second year in a row is a testament to our alumni and committed faculty and staff as well as to our excellent supply chain management students who are pursuing graduate education in a vibrant, innovative and rigorous environment.”

The Supply Chain Management program at USD was also ranked 23rd by Gartner Research for the best graduate supply chain management programs. It’s the only program on the west coast to be included in the Gartner ranking. Beyond Supply Chain Management, USD also offers graduate business programs in global leadership, real estate, executive leadership, taxation and accountancy, as well as a full-time and part-time MBA.

The MBA program at USD offers two tracks: a general management track and an international business track. Both tracks incorporate experiential learning, leadership labs, dual degree options, as well as a cohort format. The next admissions deadline is March 1, 2016, with the final deadline on May 1. Depending on the program, the start date will be either early or mid-August.
