Rady School MBA Ranked #1 in San Diego

San Diego, known for its beautiful beaches and sunny weather, is a fantastic location for getting your MBA. But how do the schools stack up against the competition in the rest of the country?

The Rady School of Management at UC San Diego ranked first in San Diego in the U.S. News & World Report ranking of top graduate business programs. It ranked in the top 80 for both its Full-Time and Part-Time MBA programs, the only San Diego school to rank. The school’s Full-Time MBA ranked #77, and the Part-Time program ranked #78.

The U.S. News & World Report rankings are based on a combination of factors including reputation polls by peers and recruiters, placement success, mean starting salaries, employment rates, student selectivity, GMAT and GRE scores, and mean undergraduate GPA. Out of the 470 MBA programs surveyed, around 379 schools responded though only 129 provided the necessary data to earn a ranking.

The Rady School MBA program is known for its focus on science and technology backgrounds. The program emphasizes innovation and entrepreneurship, striving to provide students with the inspiration, business acumen, and support to make a significant impact.

The Rady School has also been ranked highly by The Economist. The Executive MBA program was ranked #33 globally, #1 in San Diego, and #2 in California. The Bloomberg BusinessWeek rankings placed the Rady School at #51, and the school ranked #1 in the US in Intellectual Capital.
