SFSU Holds Info Session for MBA Concentration in Sustainable Biz

The San Francisco State University College of Business will be hosting an information session for its MBA program concentration in Sustainable Business. The event will be held March 17 from 5 to 6 p.m. at the SFSU downtown campus. Those interested in attending the information session can send a RSVP email to reserve their spot.

During the information session, prospective students will have the opportunity to learn more about the MBA program at SFSU as well as the specifics of the Sustainable Business concentration. Attendants will also learn more about the application process, tuition costs and funding options and important application dates.

The graduate business program at San Francisco State College of Business features a rigorous curriculum.  All of the graduate business programs at SFSU are accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), the gold standard for MBA programs. The school offers both full-time and part-time graduate business programs for its general MBA degree.

Students in the MBA Concentration in Sustainable Business program focus on learning how to vocalize and prove the business case for sustainability, develop innovative products and services, lead internal and external coalitions needed to drive organizational change and implement metrics to measure progress and provide accountability. In addition to the core MBA requirements, students specializing in Sustainable Business three additional courses and two electives in sustainable business.

All undergraduate majors are considered for the MBA programs. To earn an MBA at SFSU, a candidate must fulfill a Professional Development Workshop series, eight Foundation Courses and ten Advanced Requirement courses. Students may be eligible to waive all or some of the Basic Foundation Courses depending on their undergraduate background. More information on the  MBA program at SFSU can be found at metromba.com
