London Business School, Saïd Excel in Latest Rankings

London Business School and Saïd Business School – University of Oxford fare best among London metro schools in two of the latest rankings for full-time and executive MBA programs.

Bloomberg Business places London Business School at No. 2 on its list of the top 29 international full-time MBA programs. Also in the top 10: Saïd (No. 6) and Judge Business School – University of Cambridge (No. 8).

Cranfield School of Management is No. 13 on the Bloomberg list, and ranks first for student satisfaction, according to a news release from the school. Imperial College Business School comes in at No. 20. Bloomberg’s methodology ranks full-time MBA programs based on employer, alumni and students surveys; job placement rate; and starting salary.

In addition to its No. 6 spot on the Bloomberg list of best full-time MBA programs, Saïd also makes the top 10 in the Financial Times’ ranking of the world’s 100 best executive MBA programs. Saïd’s executive MBA program claims the No. 9 spot on the Financial Times list. London Business School is 19th overall and rated the best for international diversity, according to the Financial Times’ article on the rankings.

Judge is No. 24 on the list, and Cass Business School – City University London is 32. The Cass EMBA program also comes in first in the UK for female representation, according to a news release from the school.

Other EMBA programs making the Financial Times list include Imperial (No. 38), Henley Business School (No. 49) and Cranfield (No. 86). The Financial Times’ methodology ranks executive MBA programs based on an alumni survey that gauges current salary, salary increase, career progress, work experience and aims achieved. The rankings also consider factors such as schools’ diversity and faculty research.
