Villanova School of Business - Executive MBA
Villanova University Executive MBA Program Structure
The Villanova University Executive MBA program convenes every three weeks on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, over 19 months beginning each September.
Following an intensive, week-long mandatory residency session in August, at the Inn at Villanova, Executive MBA students embark on a five-module curriculum. During each module, students take a variety of courses that fit into five streams: Strategic Leadership, Quantitative Decision Making, Innovation and Creativity, International Business, and Professional Development. Between the second and third modules, students participate in a global immersion. Part of the program tuition, this eight-day trip in the spring semester of the first year includes visits to international companies to discuss that country’s business environment. No curriculum specializations are offered as part of the EMBA degree. Recent International Immersion trips included stays in Turkey, Hungary, Vietnam, South Africa, Malaysia, Brazil, and Argentina.
Professionals enrolled in the Villanova University Executive MBA program are, on average, 37-years old and have around 9.6 years of work experience before starting the program. The average undergraduate GPA of EMBA students is 2.9.
