In addition, both out-of-state and in-state full-time applicants are automatically considered for Graduate Assistantships, which provide opportunities for students to assist faculty members with research and other duties. In exchange, grad assistants earn half or all of their tuition costs, as well as stipends of $4,375 per semester. The school also offers Corporate Associates Program internships for outstanding full-time MBA students, and these interns earn 50 percent tuition and a stipend by working 20 hours a week with one of the college’s corporate sponsors over the course of their MBA studies. Finally, MBA applicants may be considered for University Graduate Scholars Program scholarships, provided by the UD Office of Graduate and Professional Studies, which are awarded based on a range of factors that include challenging life circumstances, academic achievement, status as a first-generation graduate student and financial need.
All Lerner students interested in loans must seek external funding options.

International applicants must submit their TOEFL or IELTS scores submit proof that they obtained an undergraduate degree in the U.S. or another country in which English is the primary language. Lerner maintains no minimum cutoff for either the TOEFL or IELTS but notes that international applicants typically score at least a 100 on the Internet-based TOEFL or a 7.5 on the IELTS exam.
