Lake Forest Graduate School of Management - Leadership MBA (LMBA)
Lake Forest Leadership MBA (LMBA) Program Structure
Students earn three leadership graduate certificates (Change Management Certificate, Management Analytics Certificate and Strategy and Execution Certificate) and their MBA.
LMBA students determine their own pace for moving through the curriculum, taking either one or two courses. Students are free to set their academic schedule between weeknight and Saturday classes at either the Lake Forest Campus or Schaumburg Location, or to take online classes from anywhere, anytime 24/7. Based on students’ personal preferences and the schedule they set for themselves, the program can be finished in as little as 18 months or take as long as six years to complete.
The LMBA consists of 13 core graduate courses and a capstone course in Strategic Management, plus three elective courses of the student’s choice between 18 different offerings. LFGSM courses require completion of self-paced online learning modules known as Keys To Your Success (KEYS), which provide roughly four-hour introductions to key concepts in the core coursework. New classes start every eight weeks.
Fifty-eight percent of Leadership MBA students are male while 42 percent identify as female. Approximately 23 percent of the class identifies as minority students.
