McMaster University Executive Education Program Structure

McMaster University Executive Education at the DeGroote School of Business offers professional development programming for middle to senior-level managers. New skills, capabilities and a network of peers provide students with a new approach by focusing on real-life challenges and providing a toolkit of resources.

This program is made up of individual courses that can be taken on their own or all together in order to earn a Certificate of Completion. Students can enroll in any of these courses without completing any prerequisites. Topics covered by these courses include leadership, organizational change management, finance and strategic planning.

Curriculum

The McMaster University Executive Education program is flexible. Students have the option of choosing a single course, or a package of three or five courses. After all five courses are completed, participants receive a Certificate of Completion. There are a total of 12 courses from which to choose so that students can customize their education based on their goals. The school also recently added three streams of specialization to the program: leadership development, high-impact coaching and strategic management.

The courses are designed for mid to senior managers and executives who want to further develop their management skill-set. Classes are held 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Parking and meals are included.

Tuition & Financial Aid

Tuition for the Executive Management courses varies depending on how many courses an individual signs up for and when they sign up. Regular tuition for a single class is $825 plus fees.
